Don't forget to give it time, and don't just recrut the first individual that responds without finding out if they are a fine match. My husband tells me that the best musician referral is other bands, and he doesn't mean questioning them if they know somebody. Groups steal musicians from other bands all the time. It's not quite fair, but it seems to be part of the game.
